📜 House Rules

• Check-in: from 14:00 onwards.
• Check-out: by 10:30 in the morning.
• No smoking: smoking is not allowed inside the property. Smoking is only permitted in outdoor areas (balconies).
• Pets: pets over 7 kg are not allowed in the property.
• Quiet hours: please respect quiet hours between 23:00 and 08:00 to avoid disturbing neighbors.
• Additional guests: unregistered guests are not allowed inside the apartment.
• Parties and events: parties, events, and gatherings are not permitted.
• Property care: guests are kindly asked to treat the apartment and furnishings with care. Any damages must be reported immediately.
• Security: please make sure to close doors and windows when leaving the apartment.
